Fragrant and complex aromas of Lambert cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry lead to a nicely structured palate. Fresh lush red fruits led by bright pomegranate and ripe cherry linger nicely alongside hints of sassafras and sweet herbs. The intense fruit is balanced with medium tannins and a nice touch of acidity.

This is our 3rd vintage of Organic Pinot Noir and with a harvest date the 10th of October, the fruit had a very extend hang time that allowed us to craft a very balanced wine with beautiful rich flavors while maintaining a great undertone of natural acidity. The Pinot Noir was fermented with PDM yeast in our stainless steel upright fermenters to enhance the richness of this varietal. 100% malolactic fermentation was completed in upright stainless-steel tanks.
